This past week we hosted our 2nd Game Dev meetup that brought out over 50(!) folks who are interested in – or have already built – their own video games. Students from MVCC as well as SUNY POLY and even RIT (thanks for making the drive) were in attendance as well as game dev professionals and instructors from across our region.
This month we held our first demo night where teams could show off what they’ve been building and we saw some super creative projects from full game demos, to game artwork concepts, to even a 3D printed tank from the game Halo.
