We’re now offering our Accelerate Sprint as a truly snackable program that runs during lunch hours 1x/week for 6-weeks. This version of Refinery is for busy entrepreneurs who need to re-think aspects of their businesses, learn time-saving skills and connect with other business owners, mastermind style, taking deep dives on what is working in your businesses, what’s not, and what we can do to change it. 

The program is free and open to both students and community members, but you must apply. Participants are invited who are at similar points in their business and demonstrate a commitment to complete the program.

Program Overview

“All-Hands” Zoom meetings each week (Wednesdays from 12:00pm – 1:00pm). Each meeting will focus on re-thinking a different aspect of the business and provide a discussion forum for participants to worth through business challenges and goals with each other. You’ll be part of a creative and supportive community.

One-on-One Mentorship – individual coaching sessions are designed to keep participants on track and take deeper dives into issues and challenges that are impeding the growth or acceleration of your business.

Accountability – All participants will have access to our private Slack channel where they are expected to provide regular quick updates to other teams regarding what they’re doing to accomplish their goals. Slack is also a great tool for participants to solve problems, share resources, and have discussions throughout the week.
