The thINCubator and SBDC 1-on-1 services will resume virtually and we are doing our best to assist and gather as many resources as we can to support you and your business in this time of uncertainty.

Can I still get a membership for co-working?

No. Currently the building is limited to existing members only and o new memberships can be issued at this time. However, we are offering some FREE virtual co-working sessions! Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay informed of sessions.

Here is SBDC’s recent information shared regarding the Paycheck Protection Program  (April 6th, 2020)

I'm a farmer and have been affected by COVID-19 financially. Are there any resources or loan options for me?

USDA Service Centers in New York will continue to be open for business by phone appointment only and field work will continue with appropriate social distancing.

While our program delivery staff will continue to come into the office, they will be working with our producers by phone, and using online tools whenever possible.

All Service Center visitors wishing to conduct business with FSA are required to call their Service Center to schedule a phone appointment. In the event a Service Center is not currently available to serve customers on location, producers can receive assistance from the closest alternate Service Center by phone. Is the building on lockdown? Am I allowed to continue co-working?

Yes. NY is requiring all non-essential businesses to close until further notice and for residents to remain inside as much as possible. Effective March 20th at 9pm the building was was locked down and will be until further notice. Note that we will not bill for co-working moving forward on the usual April 1 date. Please watch for Members Only free co-working lunch dates and co-working sessions on Slack, social media and via email! 🙂

 

We’ll provide more updates on co-working availability and access as the situation develops.

 

Please follow precautions advised by the World Health Organization and the Center for Disease Control.

How do I best utilize our virtual community?

Get on Slack: the best way to tap our community! This is the fastest way to get in contact with us, you can direct message fellow members or groups, and share relevant resources to support one another. (email Stacey or Ryan if you’re not in there already)

 

Make sure your profile is updated and public in our new co-working management software. Leverage our network and community of incredible members virtually. (email Stacey or Ryan if you’re experiencing any issues)

Stay in contact. We are here to support one another. Keep booking 1-on-1’s virtually (Private booking link is pinned in Slack for thINCubated Companies and Refinery participants) We’re also working on some really cool virtual meetups, workshops and videos to assist everyone in the coming weeks.

 

Take your time. We have every reason to practice gratitude and we are here for your support as EVERYONE has been impacted- businesses small and large, families, people with loved ones afar, jobs in social settings, etc. etc. etc. Have self-kindness.
