Last week we had a chance to sit down with two Syracuse-area entrepreneurs (Eric Hinman and Chris Biley). They just opened a new restaurant in Armory Square called Original Grain and we loved their story because they don’t have tons of experience in the restaurant business, so we talked how you get into a business that you’re not an expert in, building a team, using social media to build buzz before you open, and much more.
