This is the first time our annual meeting has been held in the Mohawk Valley economic region. Our meeting is the singular statewide event where practitioners of innovation & entrepreneurship meet to talk about incubation and related activities, along with critical partners from the government, university, and private sectors. The ThINCubator is teaming up with the Community Foundation to bring you finals of the Community Impact Challenge where 5-6 local entrepreneurs will pitch their downtown business plans for a panel of judges and compete for up to $25,000 in seed funding. Stovetop to Storefront is 1-day workshop for new entrepreneurs or those who have a food-related product they'd like to bring to market.
Over the course of the workshop we'll discuss Product Development, Food Safety, Rules & Regulations, Labeling/Packaging requirements and best practices for marketing your product once it's developed.
