While we’re not an event space, it may be a fit with our mission. We have limited availability for events that are in line with our mission of promoting entrepreneurship in the Mohawk Valley. Please fill out the Event Request form below to get started and we’ll get back to you promptly with availability and rates. Please note that we cannot accommodate events that may disrupt the operation or business of our co-workers and incubated companies.
We are primarily a co-working space that promotes an open space collaborative environment. Depending on the nature of your event and when you’re requesting, this will typically be the environment of the space surrounding your scheduled event. Please also note that we’d love to give a warm welcome to your group and introduce them to what we do at the thINCubator.
What makes us unique from other venues?
We operate with a self-service model. You request use of space and upon approval, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to “run your own show.” We do not have event staff, A/V techs, or clean up crews. The event request is simply for use of our space. We do have many of the resources you’d need to have a productive event as well (i.e. converters for PC/ Mac, whiteboards, projector, garbage cans, etc.). Be creative and have fun with it!
